§ H. Decision by board of commissioners.

The board of commissioners shall address the applications at their next meeting and may approve, deny, or table the applications using the same standards and criteria as set forth herein. An action by the board of commissioners to defer the application shall include a statement of the date and time of the next meeting at which the application(s) will be considered, which shall constitute public notice of the hearing on the application(s) and no further notice shall be required. If an application for a rezoning is denied, no re-application shall be allowed until 12 months have passed from the date of final decision by the board of commissioners.
