§ 7.9. Sanitary sewer tap fees.

All sanitary sewer tap fees shall be paid to the water system per the current published rate for same. No persons, developments or entities shall be eligible to receive tap fee credits for sewer infrastructure constructed and installed in conjunction with a development or subdivision.
