§ 10-83. Zones where establishment permitted.

No adult entertainment establishment shall be located, and no adult entertainment business may be conducted, on any premises, and no license for an adult entertainment establishment may be issued for any premises or location, unless the location has been zoned B-2 highway business under the zoning laws of the county.
