§ 18-91. Establishment.

There is hereby established a division to be called the permits and inspections division of the county community development department and the person in charge of the permits and inspections division shall be known as the county building official. The county building official shall be the community development director or his designee. The qualifications for the county building official and other technical codes enforcement personnel are to be established by the board of commissioners.
