§ 22-31. Composition.

The Paulding County Cemetery Preservation Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the board of commissioners, who shall be residents of the county who have demonstrated special interest in the identification, preservation, and maintenance of the county cemeteries, and graveyards. Each member of the board of commissioners shall be entitled to recommend one member to the commission. All recommendations for members of the PCCPC are subject to nomination by the chair of the board of commissioners and are subject to confirmation by a vote of the board of commissioners.
