§ 30-62. Excusing tax bill of one dollar.

The county tax commissioner is authorized to refrain from printing and mailing any tax bill, the value of which is less than $1.00 and no penalty or cost shall be attached to any delinquent tax obligation of less than $1.00 for any single tax year.
