§ 30-102. Exemption for bona fide nonprofit organizations; registration.

No occupation tax may be levied by this article against a nonprofit organization under the laws of the United States or this state. However, nonprofit organizations doing business in the county shall be required to annually register with the county on forms prescribed for that purpose.
