§ 30-105. Duty to keep information current.

(a)

Any person required by this chapter to register their business shall notify the community development director or other designee of the county in writing within 30 days of the following changes:

(1)

Any change of address of the business, whether remaining inside the county limits or a move outside of Paulding County jurisdiction;

(2)

Any change of ownership, in which case the transfer shall be treated as the termination of one business and the establishment of a new business for the purposes of this chapter;

(3)

The termination of any business.
