§ 30-119. Enforcement.

It is hereby made the duty of the community development director and the county marshal or other designee of the county to see that the provisions of this article relating to occupation taxes are observed; to issue citations for violations of this article; to summon all violators of this article to appear before the court; and to inspect all business licenses issued by the county, as often as in their judgment it may seem necessary to determine whether the license held is proper.
