§ 30-94. Administrative fee; regulatory fee structure.

(a)

Nonprorated, nonrefundable administrative fees as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges on file in the office of the county clerk shall be required on all business and occupation tax accounts for the initial start-up, renewal, or reopening of those accounts.

(b)

A regulatory fee may be imposed as provided under O.C.G.A. § 48-13-9 on applicable businesses. A regulatory fee may not include an administrative fee as a part of the regulatory fee.
