§ 38-33. Terms.

Latest version.

The appointments of members of the board of trustees shall be for terms of three years' duration; provided the initial members shall be appointed in such manner as to provide equally staggered terms. The terms of board members shall be concurrent with the fiscal year of the library and county. All appointments, except appointments to fill vacancies, shall be for terms beginning on July 1 of the year of appointment.
