§ 42-37. Permit and decal required to relocate outside county.

The owner of any manufactured home used as a residence before relocating the manufactured home from a point within the limits of the county to a point outside the limits of the county shall likewise make application to the tax commissioner for a permit and decal authorizing such relocation.
