§ 42-42. Issuance of permit and decal.

If the site of location or proposed location of a manufactured home shall have been approved for such use by the county, and if all ad valorem taxes due under the provisions hereof shall have been paid, the tax commissioner issues a permit with decal. Such permit identifies the manufactured home involved and the site on which it is to be located shall be valid only for such structure and for such site.
