§ 42-45. Enforcement and penalty.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the county marshals. Prosecutions for violations of this article shall be upon citation as provided in O.C.G.A. §§ 15-10-62 and 15-10-63. The marshals are hereby authorized to issue citations for the enforcement of the provision of this article. Any person violating any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-19 of this Code.
