§ 50-61. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Multi-use trail means any trail or path designated by the board of commissioners for pleasure or for use as an alternative mode of transportation and includes uses for walking, jogging, running, bicycling or horseback riding. Provided, however, the term "multi-use trail" shall not include the use of the multi-use trail by any motorized vehicle.
