§ 58-134. State minimum fire safety standards adopted.

(a)

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 25-2-12(a)(1), the county hereby adopts the state minimum fire safety standards, as adopted in the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner, Rule 120-3-3 et seq., as if fully set forth herein, including all subsequent revisions thereof. This adoption of the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner includes any and all references therein to the codes, standards, portions thereof, and amendments thereto published by the International Code Council (ICC) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

(b)

To the extent applicable, the county hereby adopts Rule 120-3-20 et seq. of the Georgia Safety Fire Commissioner regarding the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines or "ADAAG."
