§ 67-10. Administrative variance.

The director shall have the power to grant variances to this chapter as to sign dimensions, as well as setbacks up to ten percent of the requirements of this chapter where, in his/her opinion, the intent of this chapter can be achieved by granting a variance. No administrative variances may be granted for height. All other variance requests shall be heard by the development waiver review committee pursuant to the application for same found in the Paulding County Development Regulations.
