§ 67-5. Powers and duties of personnel.

The director is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce this chapter, with the assistance of the Paulding County Marshal's Office, unless otherwise specifically provided by resolution of the Paulding County Board of Commissioners. All citations issued under this chapter shall be issued by the Paulding County Marshal's Office.
