§ 70-76. Audits.

Each business and individual operating under the provisions of this article shall be subject to audit by an independent certified public accountant at the business or operator's expense upon reasonable notice by the chief marshal. Further, the county shall have the right to inspect financial and other records of the operator at any time upon reasonable notice by the Paulding County Comptroller.
