§ 40-2. Enforcing officers.

Primary enforcement of this chapter shall be made by citation from the marshal's office of Paulding County. In addition, this chapter may be enforced by citation issued by any zoning enforcement officer, sheriff or deputy sheriff. Persons in violation of this chapter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the superior court or magistrate court or recorder's court of the county.
