§ 67-15. Identification labels; inspection.

Latest version.
  • (a)

Identification labels. With each approved SRA, an identification label will be issued bearing the same number as the SRA by the director. It shall be the duty of the applicant or agent to affix the label to the sign in the lower right-hand area so it is easily seen. The absence of a label shall be prima facie evidence that the sign has been, or is being, erected or operated in violation of the standards of this chapter.

    (b)

Inspection. The director, Paulding County Community Development staff and/or the Paulding County Marshal's Office may inspect all existing signs in the county to determine if such signs conform to the standards of this chapter. Identification labels may be provided for all signs in order to identify existing conforming and nonconforming signs.
